Friday, 2nd October:

  • 5pm: Opening Ceremony (80.01.002)
    • Find teammates, register, and get started1

Saturday, 3rd October:

  • 9am: On-campus breakout rooms open to participants
  • 12pm: Free lunch! (80.01.002)
  • 2pm: Team registration form due
  • 5pm: Room bookings end -- feel free to continue hacking from home or elsewhere.

Sunday, 4th October:

  • 9am: On-campus rooms open to participants (don't forget to start preparing for presentations!)
  • 12pm: SUBMISSIONS DUE!!
  • 12pm: Free lunch! (80.01.002)
  • 1pm: Live presentations 
  • 2:30-3pm: Closing ceremony + awards

Requirements

WHAT TO BUILD

In teams of up to 4 students, build a website, web application, mobile application or other implementation for your solution.

 

WHAT TO SUBMIT

By Saturday, 3rd October 2pm:
By Sunday, 4th of October, 12pm:
  • Submit your github repo and written description here on DevPost
  • Start getting ready for your live presentation!

  • Problem Relevance
    How well does the project address a genuine problem or difficulty faced by students?
  • Desirability & Impact
    How appealing would this solution be to students? Would students want to use it?
  • Solution & Creativity
    How original, creative and innovative is the idea and its approach to the problem?
  • UI/UX
    How intuitive, visually clear and easy to use is the project?
  • Functionality
    How well does the project function? Does the implementation successfully deliver its core feature and demonstrate the solution?
  • Presentation
    How clearly and creatively does the team communicate the problem, solution and impact through their demo?
